The driver of a late model SUV crashed head on into two teens driving on Northbound I-81 in Montgomery County Saturday afternoon.
Brother and sister, Conner and Drew McCauley were airlifted to Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Another person, driving a Subaru, was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
Virginia State Police have reported that the driver of the SUV was traveling south in the northbound lane. The driver was also injured and airlifted to Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Virginia State Police are still investigating the incident. It tis unclear if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
