A 75 year old female driver of an SUV hit and seriously injured a VA Tech student on Monday. The driver of the SUV has stated that she did not see pedestrian, Elena Docef. Ms. Docef was airlifted to Roanoke, VA Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital where she is listed in good condition.
