Roanoke, VA police are searching for a 2000-2002 Chevy Cavalier and the person who was driving it in the early hours of July 5, 2014 on Shenandoah Avenue.
The car and its driver are believed to be believed in a fatal hit and run accident that killed Morgantown, West Virginia native Sandra Loughy. Loughy, age 45, was the mother of two children and four grandchildren.
