A Roanoke, VA man was taken to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital after sustaining a gun shot wound to his head this morning at around 11:15. The accident occurred at Roanoke Range and Training on Shenandoah Valley Avenue. The gun range was formerly known as PSS.
Police are still working to determine the cause of the accident.
At this time, we do not know the type of gun being used, if the gun malfunctioned, or who shot the man.
