A woman was struck by a dump truck Monday morning in downtown Roanoke. The Roanoke Times is reporting that investigators believe the dump truck was turning south onto Jefferson when it hit the woman who was crossing the road.
Investigators have not released the woman’s name or condition at the time of this posting.
It is unclear why this accident occurred.
